Jeffrey-Lynne Revitalization - Portrait Homes

Anaheim, CA

This $50million revitalization project within the city of Anaheim will refurbish some 300 affordably priced units.  United has contracted to do site and building wiring and lighting, as well as utility underground electrical, telephone, and CATV.

Ladera Ranch Elementary School - Woodcliff Corp.

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

This project is a ground-up elementary school in a newly developed community, Ladera Ranch.  United’s scope of work includes all underground and building electrical work, as well as communications cabling and fire alarm installation.

Orange County West Justice Center - Orange County

Westminster, CA

A tenant improvement of a courthouse building, United proves its versatility as an electrical contractor.  This project involves the complete replacement of the building fire alarm system, with many devices to be removed or installed in asbestos hazardous areas.  So as not to disturb regular court sessions, this project is done completely at night, with working hours from 8PM to 4AM.
